Aikido is a highly refined martial art, developed last century as a means of self-defence and spiritual training. Aikido develops co-ordination of mind and body through its philosophy and techniques. Aido brings us into harmony with our environment, other people and ourselves. Children's classes are held on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10.15am Adult classes are held Thursday nights from 6 to 8pm and Saturdays from 10.30 to 1230pm. Contact Mark Campbell on 6649 4059 |
